Why is my EverFlo oxygen concentrator beeping?

If the yellow light stays lit and the audible alarm continues beeping periodically, it means the airflow to the device is impeded or blocked.
To clean turn the device off and disconnect from the power. Source clean the exterior including the filter. Clean using a damp cloth with a mild household cleaner and wipe it dry.
The Respironics EverFlo filters are low maintenance. It can be used for 6-12 months , however advisable for 6 months - if the machine is in continuous use.

There are generally 2 filters. One internal filter is called a Bacteria Filter, and the main Hepa filter is behind the access door on the rear of the oxygen concentrator.

This machine is designed to run and last a very long time. The typical life span is around 15,000 hours or more of use.

No, using more than prescribed oxygen can cause Oxygen toxicity/Oxygen poisoning in the body which has many harmful effects like damage to the eyes, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), alveolar damage, destruction of neurons, etc.
The purpose of humidification is to provide moisture which makes Oxygen therapy comfortable; if not used, can cause dryness in the airways of the nose and throat. Usually, the use of a humidifier is recommended in a continuous flow of more than 2 LPM.
It can be used 24X 7 with 5 to 10 minutes gaps after 3 to 4 hours so that a heating problem does not arise.
The filter can be changed any time after usage of 2500 hrs but before 4000 hrs for better purity and prolonged life.
It is recommended to keep an Oxygen cylinder as a backup source. In case of emergency 
You feel this because the temperature of Oxygen coming out of the machine is the same as room temperature. However, this is proven that the effectiveness of Oxygen from both sources is virtually the same. What you need to see is the Oxygen saturation in your blood and you can check this using an Oximeter.

    I operated this Oxygen Concentrator with Oximeter on my finger. Within 5 minutes Oximeter reading went up from 96 to 99. It means Concentrator is really giving pure oxygen.
    Has given 2 cannulas – one with 5 feet long pipe and another with 25 feet long pipe.
    Noise level is almost negligible
