Medikart Healthcare Systems Private Ltd. was established with the primary objective of bringing affordable and reliable Homecare Medical Equipment and service to patients in India. Medikart is promoted by a group of professionals who have extensive technical expertise in the software of the medical field and medical equipment marketing. Leveraging their vast experience and expertise in the field, the promoters set up Medikart to benefit the wider community with comprehensive product solutions in healthcare. With over 25 years of collective experience in the domain, the management set up a B2B/B2C portal for medical Practitioners, clinicians, Biomedicals, Patients & their caregivers.

Today Medikart is better positioned than ever to face new challenges and to serve its ever-expanding customer base with commitment and excellence. Thanks to the expertise and rich experience of its co-founders, the faith and trust of its investors, and the dedication and unwavering commitment of its team members. It seems almost surreal when we look back at the key milestones in Medikart’ s journey which began as a small venture with a 3-member team, its eventual registration with Start-up India, and its subsequent growth and expansion by including a knowledge pool of dedicated professionals to make Medikart into a formidable presence in the Health Care field.
Medikart has achieved a prominent position by developing and nurturing strategic partnerships and long-term relationships with key Medical OEMs such as Philips Respironics, large patient home care organizations, and its key suppliers and customers including both patients and caregivers. Our growth has been exponential with a little over 20,000 clients in the respiratory disease segment and also being involved with retailers across geographic locations throughout the country.
Another aspect that has contributed to our growth is the use of a hybrid business model that combines B2C and B2B on a single platform with the use of similar tools, people, and processes. This combined approach has provided us useful insight and has helped us to better understand and respond to the needs of the Patient Homecare, Sleep, and Respiratory Market. Our amalgamated structure backed with effective customer service & training has not only provided a common platform for internal and external customers but also has been a source of strategic advantage and enabled us to run the business effectively and at low costs.
