This is in reference to the remediation of Devices affected by Field Service Notification (FSN) issued by Philips Respironics on 14th June 2021 for potential health hazards related to sound abatement foam found in CPAP and BIPAP machines.
Philips India Limited (PIL) is proactively addressing the issue by offering remediation through its authorized service partners named MQS Technologies and Perfect Medical Solutions. Additionally, PIL is taking necessary measures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of its customers.
Through this communication, we would like to inform you that, in case you have still not completed the task, you should get it done within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of this letter.
