With over 25 years of experience in handling Business and Sales Operations (which involved Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Analysis, Revenue accounting, Order fulfilment, Modelling Sales incentive programs, Executing corporate policies, compliance adherence and Auditing) , he brings in wealth of experience to head the Backend operations and Human resource function.
His expertise is being the support function to sales as an enabler of business at the same time having a dual responsibility of keeping checks and balances in the way business is executed.
His team management skill which comes naturally to him is something which he prides on and implement the same.
Worked mostly in Software industry with Companies like Microsoft, Oracle, Symantec and Indian Express in publishing industry. Have been part of the senior leadership team of India in these multinationals Formal Education: MBA in Finance from CMD Modinagar, Inter in Cost Accountancy (ICWAI), Bcom (Hons) from DCAC, Delhi University.
