The year 2020 marks the 7th founding anniversary of Medikart Health care Systems Pvt. Ltd. This is also a very significant year from the perspective of Health Care as the entire world is in the midst of a global pandemic and facing an unprecedented health crisis in the form of Covid-19. This provides us an opportune moment for self-reflection and for looking back at our journey from humble beginnings not only since our inception 7 years ago but also to our long-term vision and expertise in the Health care field that can be traced back to more than 25 years ago.

Today Medikart is better positioned than ever to face new challenges and to serve its ever-expanding customer base with commitment and excellence. Thanks to the expertise and rich experience of its co-founders, the faith and trust of its investors, and the dedication and unwavering commitment of its team members. It seems almost surreal when we look back at the key milestones in Medikart’s journey which began as a small venture with a 3-member team, its eventual registration with Startup India, and its subsequent growth and expansion by including a knowledge pool of dedicated professionals to make Medikart into a formidable presence in the Health Care field.

Medikart has achieved a prominent position by developing and nurturing strategic partnerships and long-term relationships with key Medical OEMs such as Philips Respironics, large patient homecare organizations, and its key suppliers and customers including both patients and caregivers. Our growth has been exponential with a little over 20,000 clients in the respiratory disease segment and also being involved with retailers across geographic locations throughout the country.

Another aspect that has contributed to our growth is the use of a hybrid business model that combines B2C and B2B on a single platform with the use of similar tools, people, and processes. This combined approach has provided us useful insight and has helped us to better understand and respond to the needs of the Patient Homecare, Sleep, and Respiratory Market. Our amalgamated structure backed with effective customer service & training has not only provided a common platform for internal and external customers but also has been a source of strategic advantage and enabled us to run the business effectively and at low costs.

While we faced significant challenges throughout our journey, we were able to overcome them and emerge stronger through our perseverance, positive attitude, and openness to novel technology-based solutions. Our continued efforts over the last 7 years have been rewarded and have resulted in Medikart becoming a leading, recognized, and respected name in the Health Care Industry. A company that propels forward through its engine of dedication, knowledge, expertise, hard work, and most importantly its focus on excellence, ethics, and providing the best customer service that is sustainable in the long run.
