FAQs
What is the difference between AirFit F20 and AirTouch F20?
The major difference between the two designs is their respective cushions. The AirFit F20 features a silicone cushion, which is soft, durable, and easy to clean. The AirTouch F20, on the other hand, features a memory foam cushion that is ultra-soft and designed to mould to the contours of your unique facial structure.
Is the AirFit F20 mask vented?
Yes, the F20 has QuietAir vent technology: QuietAir™ is our innovative diffuser vent technology within the mask elbow that makes the F20 89% quieter and 70% gentler than before. Featuring small multidirectional openings over a widespread area, QuietAir breaks up exhaled air so that it's spread out lightly.
What is the AirFit f20 mask made of?
Why is AirTouch F20 made from UltraSoft memory foam material? Most CPAP masks have silicone cushions but the ResMed AirTouch series features a patented memory foam material called UltraSoft. It's softer than silicone, gentle against the skin and many users find it to be more comfortable.
How do you size a ResMed F20 mask?
You should be measuring from the height of the bridge of your nose (which is usually just below your eye line) down to the indent in your chin.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD WE REPLACE THE CUSHION?
The silicone cushion should be replaced once every three to six months.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY MASK?
Slowly remove the cushion from the frame, and wash with warm water and mild soap.
