Can I submit a ResMed device purchased elsewhere?

A device purchased from another seller may be considered for inspection. Acceptance depends on model, condition and available technical support.

Does the AMC include spare parts?

AMC inclusions depend on the selected written plan. Spare parts and consumables are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.

Can therapy pressure settings be changed during service?

Therapy settings and prescribed clinical parameters should only be changed with appropriate medical guidance or valid prescription instructions.
