Nothing happens when you apply power to the device?
There’s no power at the outlet or the device is unplugged.
What to do when the device’s display is erratic?
Unplug the device. Reapply power to the device.
The Ramp feature does not work when you press the Ramp button?
Your home care provider did not prescribe Ramp for you, or your therapy pressure is already set to the minimum settings.
The airflow is much warmer than usual. What can be the reason?
The air filters may be dirty. The device may be operating in direct sunlight or near a heater.
The airflow pressure feels too high or too low. What can be the reason?
The Tubing typesetting may be incorrect.
What can be the reason for the water in the water chamber runs out before morning?
Water chamber was not full at the start of the session. Mask leak is excessively high.
What is the reason that I hear a leak or whistling sound coming from my ddevice?
The therapy device air inlet may be obstructed. The humidifier or tube is not fully connected.
What are the modes offered by the DreamStation BiPAP Pro?
The modes offered are Fixed CPAP, Fixed BiPAP.
Does the device support Bluetooth connectivity?
Yes, the DreamStation BiPAP Pro supports Bluetooth connectivity.
What are the contents that come with the machine?
User maual, carrying case, power cord, SD card, fkexible tubing, filters.
Does the humidifier come with the machine?
No, the humidifier doesn’t come with the machine.
Can I travel with and use the DreamStation on an aeroplane?
Yes, the DreamStation is FAA approved and can be brought on an aeroplane.
Can I use any mask with the DreamStation BiPAP?
Yes, any Nasal, Full Face or Nasal Pillow will work with the dreamstation.
How frequently should the filter be replaced?
The filters should be replaced every 6 months.
Does the DreamStation BiPAP Pro come with a heated tubing?
DreamStation tubing is included in the kit but the heated tubing has to be purchased seprately.
