FAQs

HOW DO I USE AMARA VIEW MASK?

Place your nose over not into the nostril opening on top of the cushion. The large opening of the mask cushion should fit over the mouth with the top of the mask cushion fitting under your nose.

The headgear clips and mask frame contain magnets. Contact your healthcare professional before you use this mask. Some medical devices may be affected by magnetic fields.

Remember it is important for the mask to be snug but not tight. ... If your CPAP mask headgear has a chinstrap band, check to make sure it's not too tight as it might pull the mask downward. If your CPAP mask has nasal pillows, rotate the nose cushions or try a different size to help secure the fit.
The air coming from your CPAP machine through the mask is supposed to act as a splint to hold your airways open while you sleep. Mouth Leak: This happens when you breathe with your mouth open while you sleep, and the air coming from the mask escapes from your throat out of your mouth.
